Run a Thriving Training Business Without Starting From Scratch
You've already done the hard part – building the skills, earning the clients, and proving you can deliver results. Elite gives you a professional space to keep doing exactly that, on your own terms, without the overhead, the politics, or someone else dictating how you work.

You're Underappreciated and Overdue for Something Better
You've spent years developing your skills, client relationships, and reputation, but none of that matters if the setup you're in keeps working against you. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone. Most coaches are dealing with at least one of these:
You're the one putting in the hours, building relationships, and delivering results, but a big chunk of what you earn goes back to the house.
Take a week off, lose a client, or have a slow month, and suddenly you're being docked pay or scrambling to make up the difference.
You've earned your stripes. The last thing you need is someone telling you how to run a session or build a program.
Less Overhead. More Freedom. No BS. Your Business Thrives Here
At Elite, you rent the space – that's it. No false expectations, minimums, commission splits, or mandatory schedules. You bring the clients and expertise. We provide a relaxed, high-performance facility.
$25/session – only pay for what you train, no wasted overhead on slow weeks.
$800/month hard cap – every session after 32 is pure profit. Train more, keep more.
No long-term commitment. Stay because it works, not because you're stuck.
Your clients are yours. Train here alongside other work if it makes sense.
Set your hours, take days off, and manage your own calendar.
Your program, your clients, your rules – coach the way you know works.
A private, focused, and clean space that your clients will love and respect.
Operate independently with the credibility of an established facility behind you.
Grow at your own pace; a light week doesn't threaten your livelihood.
Stop Settling for a Setup That Was Never Built for You
This model is for experienced coaches who are ready to run their own business. If you already know how to get clients and keep them, this setup removes every obstacle standing between you and a business that works on your terms.
Elite Fitness has been a great space to train in. It has all the quality equipment needed to help clients get results, but still maintains an intimate, private feel. Coming from a larger gym, I really appreciate having a focused environment where my clients can build confidence, develop their abilities, and feel supported every step of the way.

My business has personally doubled since switching over from my previous location, and my margins have too. On top of that, it’s easy to provide the experience I want for my clients in the space Tyler has curated and charge the price point I need. Working here as a coach has allowed me to quit my full-time job and really invest in my own business. I couldn’t have done that without Tyler at Elite.

Coaching out of Elite is everything other gyms aren't. No revenue split – I keep what I earn. 24/7 access, so I train on my schedule, not someone else's. No minimums, no quotas, and nobody micromanaging how I run my sessions. Best move I've made as a coach.
